This page is to keep you informed of the Dancing for Birth classes in Longmont, Colorado. I will also update this page with childbirth related information.
My name is Cheryl Furer. I teach these Dancing for Birth classes. I have been belly-dancing on-and-off for about 8 years. I also have taken some swing classes. I love to simply feel the rhythm and start moving my body. I am also a doula, student midwife, and certified homeopath. I feel that moving your body during pregnancy not only keeps you in shape and helps you feel good, but also prepares your body for the amazing work of bringing your baby into this world. Newborns also love being in a sling with mom or dad as you move. I look forward to sharing my passion for movement, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with you!
Classes are $12 for drop-in or $50 for a 5 dance card.
